All service appointments must be confirmed via email, phone, or our website. Submitting a request does not guarantee service until it has been reviewed and approved by our team.
Estimates and Work Approval:
We offer detailed, written estimates before beginning any work. All additional charges or changes will be discussed with and approved by the client before proceeding.
2. Property Rights and Content
Website Content:
All content on our website—including text, images, logos, and layout—is the property of Trusty Handyman and is protected under copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, or republish any materials without our written permission.
User Submissions:
By submitting reviews, testimonials, or other content to our site, you grant us the right to use and display that content for promotional purposes.
3. Payment and Pricing
Payments:
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise stated in writing. We accept cash, e-transfer, and major credit cards. Late payments may incur additional fees.

Prices are subject to change at any time. Any changes will not affect confirmed estimates or ongoing work unless scope changes are approved by both parties.
Deposits:
For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins. This will be clearly outlined in your quote or agreement.

You agree not to use our website or services for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose. You may not tamper with the website, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse our contact forms.
Service Area:
Our services are intended for clients within Calgary and nearby regions. We reserve the right to decline work outside our service area.
5. Service Management and Support
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments without notice may incur a cancellation fee.
Satisfaction Guarantee:
We strive to provide high-quality work. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 5 business days so we can address the issue.
Warranties:
Some services may include a limited workmanship warranty. Warranty details vary by project and will be discussed during your consultation or quote.
